Meet our founder, Zae Camara
A NYC-based creative, entrepreneur, and the proud founder of ZaesKitchen. My journey started in fashion, where I dedicated years to building my fashion brand from the ground up, designing and creative directing. I’ve to say, fashion is a huge part of who I am, however cooking is my one true love.
The Story
Growing up in a Guinean household, I’ve been immersed in the vibrant traditions of my culture. With ZaesKitchen, my love for cooking definitely comes from watching my mother cook for our family as a child. Just like my mama, I believe that good food not only brings people together, but it makes people truly happy. Through ZaesKitchen, I’m not just sharing recipes, I’m sharing a piece of my culture, a taste of my heritage. Food is a way to bring happiness onto your loved ones and my one goal is for you to make these recipes with love and share it with those you love.
